We're seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Finance & Admin Manager to lead our financial operations and empower a collaborative team.
This Key Role Encompasses
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals.
- Provide insightful financial guidance and forecasts to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee audits and tax compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Manage financial resources effectively, including working capital, cash flow, and budgets.
- Financial Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable/ receivable, general ledger).
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and admin team.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment across departments.
- Partner with the HR team on administrative tasks (payroll, leave management, etc.).
- Handle ad-hoc duties and embrace new challenges.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating:
