Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable for Pulsifi and its related companies.
Verify expense claims and vendor invoices, and handle all payments promptly.- Issue invoices to customers for services rendered.
Oversee payroll administration and coordinate with the People & Culture Team to ensure efficient payroll processing.
- Manage daily office administration duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations at Pulsifi.
Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, banking, and suppliers.- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other duties as specified by the Management.
Adhere to applicable policies, processes, and procedures of Pulsifis Information Security Management System (ISMS), including but not limited to the Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy, and Password Management Policy.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields, or a Professional Certificate, with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
- Experience in full set accounts.
Proficiency in bookkeeping practices, accounting terminology, basic accounting standards and legislation, and filing systems.- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
