We are seeking a Finance Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, with the ability to manage a range of financial tasks and support the companys financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and sort financial documents such as invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Verify and post business transactions (e.g., funds received, disbursements).
- Check invoices against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and recommend payments.
- Review and verify accuracy of vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, and reports.
- Assist in preparing budget and cashflow forecasts for the Company and the Group.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Compile cost reports, revenue reports, and balance sheets.
- Review bank statements and perform reconciliations.
- Monitor loans and accounts payable, ensuring timely updates.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Review debtors accounts and follow up on long-outstanding debts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Option 1:
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA / MACPA / CIMA).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Option 2:
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or part-professional qualification (ACCA / MACPA / CIMA).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Familiar with payment processing and banking matters.
- Able to handle a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in computerized accounting systems.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and well-organized.
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
