Averis FA Trainee Program is 12 months on job training program with monthly salary that focus on hands-on professional learning over the daily Finance Accounting Shared Services operational duties.
Role Summary:
You will be trained to providing the efficient day to day Accounts Payable or Cash Management operational duties in the shared service environment.
Responsibility:
- To perform Finance & Accounting day-to-day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Book accounting transactions based on Business Groups inputs.
- Maintain respective functions master data.
- Clearing of open items in accounts.
- Provide month-end close accounting process transaction support.
- Execute month-end close steps in accordance with work instructions and month end close checklist.
- To monitor and process the urgent request before specified deadline.
- Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Resolve Business Groups and Corporate queries on Finance & Accounting issues on timely basis.
- Perform Cash Management day-to-day operation, which include payments and collections as well as bank statement processing. Quality delivery in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness is important.
- Manage assigned bank accounts, administrations and transactions, which include daily updating and reconciliation of bank balances.
- Ensure the cash management process adheres to the company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economic, Commerce or relevant discipline
- Must be able to speak read and write in Mandarin as this role will be supporting the China Region stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
