Assist in maintaining records and preparing monthly expense reports.- Assist in ensuring that all payment documents are always updated in company's file system, correspondence and all documentation systems.
Assist in managing payment matters through bank transfers and writing checks for payment purposes such as rent, utility and supplier payments.
- Assist in recording daily transactions such as bank transactions and petty cash every day.
Assist in recording all payments that have been made by issuing payment vouchers for company record purposes.- Assist in maintaining complete records of all financial transactions of the company according to accounting principles (within the UBS system).
Assist in ensuring the accuracy of relevant documents and records (petty cash & payment vouchers).
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for a specific period.
Assist in carrying out accounting calculations using computer software used by the company.- Assist in preparing cash flow projections and budgets.
Assist in maintaining and controlling purchase accounts.
- Assist in using accounting principles to identify and resolve problems that arise while performing duties.
Assist in carrying out tasks related to accounts & finance.
