Conduct on site installation of equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order.- Conduct on site scheduled planned maintenance visits.
Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and other field service personnel.
- Travel to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel.
Complete and submit field service reports.- Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance.
To liaise with customer for technical and after sales issues.
- To understand customer requirements and communicate to internal department / staff.
Assisting senior technical support engineer in the installation, testing, and commissioning for the medical devices- Assisting senior technical support engineer in repairing, calibration, and maintenance of the medical devices
Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably in Medical Electronics.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess good attitude, able to work both independently and a team player in a global setup.
Excellent command in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.- Ability to work additional hours as needed and regional travelling on a regular basis is required.
