Responsibilities Acquire and retain users, growing revenue and delivering an outstanding customer experience. For eg. Identified/visit qualified prospects , recruitment of new sellers/buyers.
Conduct call outreaches and product (apps) demos to prospects, to qualify the opportunity and convert them into customers.
Work cross functionally with other teams and continually improve customer experience, localizing and streamlining operations, while staying compliant.
Sales/account management find, build and manage the business relation with industry key stakeholders / accounts
- Ensure that sellers and retailers experiences / expectations are feedback to our technical and operational team
Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
- Result oriented, with an emphasis on user acquisition & activation
Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills- Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin or any dialects will be an added advantage
Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Nice-to-have: A passion for cars, tyres and automotive products
