Job Review

This position primarily is to generate new revenue and maintain existing revenue as an individual contributor selling Land Transport Product. This position is also responsible to Coordinate all sales measures in the assigned area, which concern the development of the current service offering, as well as the development and implementation of new product.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyse sales options.
Hunt for new sales as well as develop organic growth of existing customers.
  • Always maintain a healthy pipeline while ensuring sustainable growth of Field Sales customers in terms of volumes, revenues, and GP
Build a strong client relationship to ensure account growth & retainment of existing customer base
  • Meet with potential customers to determine their operational needs and requirements. Proper scoping of job requirements and working together with Commercial & Solution team for appropriate or customised solutions.
To explore and progressively manage new business opportunities and foster cross-selling activities within the country
  • Development of Sales channel strategy according to the size of the customers (Field Sales, Indoor Sales & Sales Support) in alignment with the Land Product Management and Country/Cluster CCO
Maintaining data integrity in CRM tool through regular & accurate updates. (Sales Cloud)
  • To be involved and work along with Land Transport Commercial team for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
To work closely with Operations team on daily sales matters. Develop strong business relationships within all levels of organization, including senior level executives.
  • Stay with current trends and competitors to identify improvements and to recommend solutions.
To assist Credit Control Team connecting customers for Account Receivable collection.

Job Specification
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management related to Transport/Logistics. Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in the industry.
Possess strong hunter & entrepreneurial mindset among other sales related competencies i.e. Strategic Selling Skills, Strategic Account Management Skills, Customer-centric, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills. Must be able to think diligently and probe the right questions to derive correct information.
Must have analytical skills and able to think out of the box to assist with solutions.
  • Good communication skills, competent in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software and ability to create and deliver presentations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7,
  • 00 - RM10,500.00 per month
