Job Responsibility
Planning & Administration
- Recruit and ensure to maintain the right number of Permanent Field Researcher (PFR) in the team.
- Recruit part-timer for all project as and when necessary.
- Review daily progress and ensure the deadlines or quota are met.
- Responsible to conduct screeners for the recruitment of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), In-depth Interview (IDI), Home Visit (HV), Gang study.
- Constantly review PFR's KPI.
Decision Making and Judgment
- Resolve the complaints received within a short timeline.
- Assist in interview as and when required.
- Oversee and analyze the PFR's earnings on a targeted weekly basis.
- Allocate the quota to PFR.
- Approve the leave and clock-in timing.
Job Knowledge
- Manage day-to-day field operation activities.
- Manage the schedules for the fieldwork plan.
- Ensure all the Information Technology (IT) equipment assigned is functioning well before fieldwork commencement.
- Ensure quota tabbing and achievement monitoring is accurate during fieldwork.
- Ensure quota segregation for the interviewer tally with the quota assigned.
- Submit the Quality Control (QC) materials upon project completion.
- Work closely with the Recruiter for a progressive manpower planning for the projects.
- Develop training, task and process guidelines for all team members.
Performance Standards
- Ensure all PFR IT the minimum points every month.
- Monitor if all PFR/interviewers has adequate resources - database, scripts & briefing for the fieldwork.
- Oversee PFR/interviewer's performance to ensure fieldwork quality.
- Maintain a minimum of 20% Field Executive (FE) observations for each project handled and submit within the stipulated time.
- Review and feedback to the Operations Manager on the PFR's performances from time to time.
Peer Communication and Organizational Relationships
- Train new interviewers.
- Coordinate with all departments on the tasks.
- Convey the project details and information accurately to the interviewers.
- Report the status of the project assigned to Operations Manager.
- Be accessible at all times and correspond to all messages/requests from the multimedia channel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma.
- Proven work experience as a Field Executive or at least 1-2 years experience in a related field. However, we are open for fresh graduates as well.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Has solid communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
