Role Responsibilities- Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day
Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day- Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC
Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
- Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
Conduct case investigation on non-compliance case report to HQ for required action- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Retail Operation or equivalent qualification
Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Fast learner with good time management skill
- Able to work under tight deadlines with pressure
Good team playerpossess own transport
as travel is required Must willing to
travel extensively including outstation- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
