Role Responsibilities- Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day
Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC- Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
- Conduct case investigation on non-compliance case report to HQ for required action
Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Retail Operation or equivalent qualification- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Fast learner with good time management skill
Able to work under tight deadlines with pressure Must
possess own transport as travel is required
- Must willing to travel extensively including outstation
