What will you be responsible for in this role

1. Familiar with the company's business operations and ensure various product types and versions are kept up-to-date.
2. Understand the software and hardware functionalities and related logic of the products, providing comprehensive consultation services to customers.
3. Communicate with customers to collect, organize, and assess their needs, proposing appropriate solutions.
4. Gain insights into the customer's on-site environment, oversee product installation and deployment, resolve technical issues during implementation, and conduct troubleshooting.
5. Liaise with the customer's technical team, provide training on product usage, daily maintenance, and problem-solving methods. Additionally, offer after-sales support and maintain a good relationship with customers.

Who are we looking for

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Strong spoken and written English proficiency is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus.
3. Candidates with a background in the retail industry, including hardware, software, and system integration, will be preferred.
4. Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar role will be a plus.
5. Strong understanding of customer needs, specifications, and expectations.
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to provide training, create documentation, and deliver after-sales support.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, outgoing personality, quick response time, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
9. Willingness to travel within SEA region frequently.
