Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Fertilizer Sales Manager to join our team in Myanmar. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and expand our fertilizer sales network, drive business growth, establish strong relationships with farmers, and promote knowledge sharing for the efficient use of fertilizers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, agriculture, and a deep understanding of fertilizer products and their application.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Network Development:

    - Identify and develop a robust sales network comprising distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure adequate market coverage and reach.

    - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fertilizer distributors, agricultural cooperatives, and government agencies.

    - Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategies and market penetration.

  • Business Growth:

    - Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

    - Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and market share.

    - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Farmer Engagement and Knowledge Sharing:

    - Engage with farmers and agricultural communities to understand their fertilizer requirements, challenges, and needs.

    - Provide technical expertise and guidance to farmers on the efficient use of fertilizers, including dosage, application methods, and timing.

    - Conduct training programs, workshops, and field demonstrations to educate farmers on best practices for fertilizer application and crop nutrition.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    - Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

    - Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
