Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martech Specialist to join our Wholesale Banking team. As a Martech Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to drive customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing technology strategies, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of various marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wholesale banking, marketing automation, data analytics, and emerging martech trends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketing Suite tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, digital office, and IT teams to identify and implement martech solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
- Analyse marketing data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyse marketing technology performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and Adobe Marketing Suite.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on Adobe Marketing Suite tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to manage martech projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing technologies and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of martech systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements related to martech, ensuring adherence and mitigating risks.
- Managing OCBC website and internal site - user journey enhancement, updates for Wholesale Banking.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 8 years) as a Marketing Technology Specialist or similar role, preferably within the financial & banking industry
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques including SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
