Responsible for assisting in the analysis of OOB and DOA defective machines, and PE processing analysis should be notified if it is an engineering problem.
Establish failure analysis SOP accordance to HQ and Customer requirement.
Working with stakeholder on the product yield through continuous improvement methods.
Leading a team of technician to support the operation in the root cause analysis.
Debug WIP inventory control.
Document control on debug records associated with the diagnostic/debug/trouble shooting process-based on SOP accordingly.
Job Requirements:
3 year(s) of working experience in trouble shooting or debug related server board
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge in programming C++, Linux, Bash, Python
Computer literacy, MS Office Suite.
Must have strong willingness to learn new things on product trouble shooting/debug level.
Strong team player, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Possess strong engineering and analytical problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, well organized, and minimum supervision.
