To supervise, responsible and monitor for overall factory management effectiveness & compliance to rules and regulations from local authorities.
- Coordinate Tender Submission, evaluates and conduct reviews on all tender.
Oversee and allocate all kinds of resources in the factory, maximize the utilization of all the resources invested in the factory (such as personnel, equipment, materials, tools, water and electricity, etc.). To control and improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.- Monitor work progress, project output, timely delivery, and product quality. Ensure project is completed within the time frame.
To check and approve artwork and Technical Drawing. Ensure that all works are in accordance with drawing, specification and quality controls and comply with the procedure.
- In charge of ensuring a smooth process of supplying products to the site.
Maintain close communications with contractors to plan and derive accurate delivery scheduling.- Co-ordinate internally to produce product samples, sample boards, and mock-ups for clients, architects, designers and project site references.
Preparing project schedules and reports.
- Lead and supervise factory staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Advise supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.- Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
Resolving any factory-related issues.
Responsible for general on-site technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.- To ensure the implementation of and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements in ISO, environmental legislation, quality standards and Safety & Health.
To perform ad hoc tasks, required by top management from time to time
Possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 6 years experience in customize furniture, interior fit-out, carpentry or renovation industry.
Excellent understanding of carpentry technique and methods of installation and construction- Familiarity with Factory Act, Safety, and Health regulations, with an understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
Excellent leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills
- Language Required : Mandarin , Bahasa Melayu, English
