Job Description- Monitor and manage factory production metrics, including efficiency, quality, and costs.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity.- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality issues, and other operational metrics.
Provide updates to senior management on factory operations and suggest improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a manufacturing management role, preferably in the production of safety boxes or similar products.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.English, BM and Mandarin.
