Key Responsibilities:_
Drive Productivity (OEE):_
- Supervise and optimize machinery and equipment downtime to minimize disruptions.
Monitor and analyse downtime occurrences to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.- Implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization and enhance overall production efficiency.
Foster collaboration among various management functions including Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Planning.
- Monitor production and inventory data to identify productivity trends and make data-driven decisions.

Continuous Improvement:_
- Continuously improve processes to save energy, resources, and input materials.
Assist in reducing major costs related to energy, material procurement, and productivity improvement.- Coordinate and implement capital expenditures to support efficiency, capacity, and growth activities.
Implement environmentally sustainable practices within factory operations.
- Develop and maintain budgets for all manufacturing operation costs.

Workers Management:_
- Cultivate a team-based work culture emphasizing cooperation and collaboration.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill assessments for employees.- Supervise production planning schedules and manage production activities.
Address and resolve disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Plan and forecast human resources needs for the manufacturing sector.
_Education -
_Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
_Experience -
_- Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
At least 5-10 years of progressively broadening manufacturing experience.
- Background in aluminium manufacturing will be an added advantage

- Experience in High Mix Low Volume Manufacturing.
Proficiency in tooling and maintenance knowledge.- Strong management and leadership skills.
Meticulous and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Effective time management and planning abilities.
Knowledge of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in solving complex manufacturing problems.
