To manage and oversees the Production Process so as to ensure efficiency of the Plant in order to meet the Performance Targets with minimum cost.
To plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the production process in compliance with company goals and objective.
To evaluate the plant performance and recommend cost-effective measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
To organize and direct work flow to satisfy production requirements in a cost-effective manner
To train, guide and motivate the employees and to achieve a high level of performance satisfaction
To ensure a clean, safe and secured working environment in the Plant by creating a high level of employee commitment towards a Responsible Care attitude.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and related field.
High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
Able to motivate, influence, and train people.
Possesses a high level of technical competency and problem-solving skill.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skill and able to interact well with all levels of people within and external contacts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
Knowledge in machinery automation is preferred
