Business Management: Align with headquarters business management requirements and execute the annual business objectives for the Malaysia factory.
Factory Construction: Coordinate with Malaysian customs and government agencies to drive factory renovations and on-site construction projects.
Production Management: Build the operational and production team for the Malaysia factory, ensuring the achievement of localized production targets.
Team Development: Establish a core local team and manage collaboration between local and cross-regional employees.
Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field, with over 8 years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years in a general manager role.
Strong understanding of factory operations and management, with expertise in production management, cost control, and quality management.
Proven experience in setting up electromechanical manufacturing factories from scratch, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with headquarters and local government, with a systematic approach to work.
