This individual will work closely with operations teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our machine and building infrastructure
To communicate/report on equipment and machinery related breakdown.
To perform and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance works.
To perform routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.
To troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns when arise.
To communicate with machine vendor / service provider for advices on technical or system troubleshooting.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues and improve system performance.
Document maintenance procedures, equipment configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in developing and maintaining spare parts inventory management and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience or Minimum Diploma. qualification in a technical maintenance role, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skill.
Good troubleshooting skill.
Proficient in Microsoft application.
