Job Description- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance & repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, Civil Structure & Architecture, cleanroom, BMS system and other installed systems.
Maintain & operate all HVAC systems and associates equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building repairs.- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
Monitor and supervise facilities preventive maintenance contracts (if any).
- Prepare & submit summary reports of conditions in building & recommend action to be taken.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.- Maintain compliance to City, Country, State ordinance and codes.
Perform routine / preventive maintenance according to daily / weekly checklist.
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required. Inspect and report of any issue regarding to facility
Attend training sessions and seminars as when required.- Chargeman A0 / A1 certified would be added advantage.
To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
- Any other relevant and related responsibilities may be assigned to from time to time as required by superior.
Possess minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or in any related Engineering field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar in building automation system and possess strong PC computer skills (Excel, Power point).- Good communication & interpersonal skills, problem solving/conflict management skills, committed, trustworthy and able to work with minimum supervision.
Willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.
