Job Description

Technical Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of Client Operating systems (Windows or Linux).
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 tools and troubleshooting is a must.
  • Good knowledge of networking (VLANS, DHCP, DNS).
  • Hands-on with Network devices (Switches, firewall) configuration is a plus point.
  • Should have knowledge of CCTV cameras and DVR systems.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
  • First point of contact person for both internal and external IT related issues.
  • Working hours from 9am to 6pm.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

Administrative Tasks:

  • IT Asset record management, Quarterly/Yearly physical audit of IT assets.
  • Coordinate with vendor for procurement/repair of hardware assets.
  • Access Control System maintenance, Access (Permit/Revoke) management, Monthly/Quarterly audit of access report.
  • Taking CCTV footage regular backup and producing as and when required for audit.
  • Compliance to import/export requirements (IT Policy).
