Position Requirement- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 3 years experience in maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical systems in a shopping mall or high-rise building.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Provide strong motivational and leadership skills.
- Able to work on rotation shift.
Those with Orang Bertanggungjawab (OB) certificate have an added advantage.
To ensure smooth and continuous operational on all system in the mall/buildings and ensure all maintenance works are carried out by coordinating group of technicians to perform their daily tasks.- To train new technicians on basic system of operations and maintenance work as well as routine tasks.
Carry out inspection of all M&E equipment and provide report to Site Leader on all defects discovered. To liaise with main contractors on defect rectification.
- To assist in troubleshooting and analyze root cause of the problem with technicians and contractors.
Fully responsible for all affairs related to maintenance store upkeep, i.e., spare parts allocation, 5S, etc.- Responsible for providing support to the team in performing and sustaining improvement tasks of all systems.
Assist site leader in carrying out conversion/ changeover/ other site activities in a way of ensuring safe working practice and minimal or zero breakdown if possible.
- To work in a team to achieve KPI target set by client and target indicated in Management by Objective (MBO).
Be made fully responsible for all PM technicians daily activities and other related matters including staffs discipline at site.- Provide monthly and weekly report on activities performed by the technicians and update Site Leader on work progress regularly.
To be responsible on overall operations and maintenance of gas system in the building.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
