Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transactions professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

Working Hours: 8.00am 5.00pm (Mon Fri)
What this job involves
This internship will allow you to work closely under the mentorship of an experienced facilities management professional. You will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.
You will also be engaged on structured learning activities that will help you explore how you can develop into a corporate real estate professional. You will have the opportunity to hear from senior stakeholders on their journeys, as well as benefit from the available group coaching and self-paced learning modules.
Your internship experience could be in any of the following disciplines:
- Facilities Management
- Workplace Experience
- Engineering Operations
- Assist with performing daily/weekly facilities inspection.
- Assist to team to identify work requests from job request system and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.
- Work closely with the team to perform the planned maintenance following Plan on and 52-week planner. (Assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed).
- To ensure all vendors workers are monitored and accompanied during the duration of their works.
- Ensure all safety aspects of the works are monitored.
- Assist the team in doing paperwork and documentation.
- Involved in paperwork, report or compilation for ad-hoc project, monthly/quarterly highlights, communication posting or any other required work to help the FM team.
- Overall assists Facilities Manager wherever required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Facilities Management / Building Maintenance/ Mechanical related
- courses (preferable on last year/last semester) or recently graduated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
