Conduct technical presentations.
- Ensure proper facility installations/renovations are being carried out on-site.
Implement network solutions for capability monitoring.- Instil good maintenance practices and a safety culture.
Investigate root cause of facilities failures.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
Lead working level community exploring opportunity for improvement projects.- Maintain quality assurance system related to facility maintenance.
Manage facilities system monitoring.
- Monitor facility performance data to establish good control parameters.
Perform training.- Provide guidance to assistant engineers.
Take charge of routine servicing teams and repair teams.
