Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Facilities cum Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and management of the company's facilities and administrative functions. This role encompasses managing the day-to-day facility operations, handling administrative duties, and supporting the organizations overall operational objectives. The Facilities cum Admin Executive will maintain a high standard of workplace quality, safety, and productivity while providing exceptional support to staff and visitors
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling general administrative affairs management, including liaise and monitor maintenance works carry out by appointed external parties (vendor, contractors, suppliers, consultant, technician) for day-to-day operation involving the office building including office workplace maintenance or any repair works.
  • Manage office documentation, including contracts, rental agreement, invoices, utilities bills, company licenses or any other related documents.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, responding to employee inquiries related to facilities and administration matters.
Maintain office parking protocol and payments for employees with building management
  • Main person communicates with building management on rental, invoices, flows and updates.
Manage company hostel including arrange cleaning with the cleaners, keep track move in/out of the employee, communicate with owner and building management.
  • Main person liaises with company dispatch for any documentation arrangement (delivery/collection) and keep tract and prepare the movement report.
To monitor and key person related to the Environment Health and Safety laws regulations and other requirement.
  • Administer and manage company access system (BioXcess system)
Any other task assigned by the Company.
  • WORK REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
  • or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2-3 years in facilities and administrative experience.
  • Minimum have a basic computer knowledge.
Preferred a male candidate due to the work nature related to heavy duty
  • Good in communication, possess pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Candidate who is able to start immediately will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,300.00 per month
