Key Performance Measures Competencies
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management/ Building
Maintenance/ Administration or equivalent.
- Working experience and exposure to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement and
minimum understand of local statutory requirement in Facilities & Property Management, Project
in manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Well versed in MS Office (e.g Words, Excel etc).
- Must have basic corporate environment, particularly in administration knowledge.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent written, verbal communication and good presentation skills.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Approachable, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Positive approach to meeting client needs.
- Work experience in a corporate environment or with a third-party service provider.
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain all office facilities such as AV Equipment, Electrical Appliances, A/C to ensure ready to use & etc.
- Coordinate on all the outsource soft services such as cleaning services, pest control services and
other vendor to ensure SLA.
- Coordinate all the WPS related equipment Preventive Maintenance accordingly.
- Site EHS Management Representative (Waste Management) responsible for arrangement,
preparation, on-site support, documentation & etc.
- Main coordinator with Vendor / Contractor/Service provider on site and so forth.
- Responsible for Server Room operation including communicate, arrangement & support on site
with service provider internal IT, TM, all related vendors & etc.
- Ensure all the office facilities including Training Room & Meeting Room in a great condition with
proper maintenance.
- Become as a part of WPS Audit Representative, to facilitate on-site support, office asset Team,
internal credit collection team, all government agency & etc.
- Support Security surveillance System monitoring, communicate with service provider, internal
access dept. & etc.
- To ensure all the consumables such as A4 papers, toner, cartridge all in order and communicate
with vendor for repair, supply delivery & etc.
- Maintain, track, filing storage all the document under the Record Retention Management
- Assist in phone Installation, stocking record keeping, escalate to Voice Team any issue arise & so
forth.
- Ensure workstation ready and safe for existing/new user including chair, drawer, cubicle keys
record, fabricate loss keys, change new & etc.
- Space Management continuously updating employee seating arrangement and update in the
client's system.
- Communicate with the client's Credit Collection, courier service, processing, record, process for
delivery of invoices & cheque.
- Able to provide minor repair- (where applicable) when needed.
- Responsible for PO issuance for WPS stationaries & etc.
- Mailroom responsibilities including letter's collection from building's PO Box, mail & parcel
distribution, facilities bill payment & etc.
- To assist Front Desk task in the event of Front Desk officer not available including all related door
access applications.
