Job Description

Responsible to lead, develop and coach all team members to ensure a high level of customer service as well as maximum profitability.
  • Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs.
Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Develop strategic training plans to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant program.
Oversee relationship with vendors in training and development field.
  • To audit Corporate Outlet & Franchise Outlets as per schedule
Prepare Learning & Training Materials
  • Research and revise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to simplify and smoothen the process in each outlet
To support on implementation of Outlet Pre-Opening checking for smooth outlet opening
  • To support new outlets opening
High School/Diploma/Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role would be added advantages
Prior working experience in outlets management would be added advantages
  • Own Transport needed
Perform any tasks as per assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
