Your day to day

Every day is different, but youll mostly be:

ensuring the Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms are supervised on a daily basis.

the direct point of contact for all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms colleagues.

Performing opening or closing duties when needed.

Supervising, supporting, scheduling, assigning daily work, informing and training colleagues in all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms activities and operations.

Monitoring, observing and assisting in evaluating colleague performance

Supporting and assisting colleague in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

Managing and monitoring product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly

Assisting in monitoring inventory and inventory control

Communicating and delegating tasks to the team

Ensuring compliance of brand standards

Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationship

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

What we need from you

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:

At least 1 years experience in a similar role in an international chain hotel.

Ability to plan, delegate, lead and motivate a team.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.

Flexible and adaptive working approach.

A collaborator with a friendly and professional persona.

Mature and professional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
