  • Job Description:

As an F&B Service Crew member at Keeklr, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience, supporting caf operations, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Were looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, attentive, and eager to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Order Management: Accurately process and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct service.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, hygiene, and safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth and efficient caf operations, including managing the flow of orders and maintaining a clean work area.
Inventory Management: Assist with managing caf inventory, including restocking supplies and minimizing waste.
Customer Experience: Provide recommendations, handle special requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred, but not required.
Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and provide a positive dining experience.Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative caf environment.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced caf setting, with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
