Responsibilities - Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports for F&B Division, identify deviation from business plan goals
Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.- Develop and update departmental SOP Manual, detailing standards of performance, Policies and Procedures and service standards pertinent to the efficient operation of the Kitchen & F&B Service in accordance to Hotels policies and standards requirements
Supervise Senior Culinary to run their kitchens at high quality level whilst maintaining acceptable food cost as well
- Ensure that high level of food safety management and food standards
Identify market needs and trends in terms of food menus for our Cafe.- Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that Food & Beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget
Take charge of banquet, coffee bar & outlet operations
- Engage and obtain guests feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
Handle guests complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently- Oversee the planning and implementation of effective food promotions
Ensure that service team members with direct guest contact possess good product knowledge
- Enforce and uphold high standards in hygiene and keep track of banquet service equipment to ensure par level for smooth operations
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
Leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and F&B best practices
Experience in Halal certificate management- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service
