Job Responsibilities:- Oversee daily F&B operations, including dining areas, bars, and banquets.
Arrange staff schedule to ensure optimal utilization.- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure an adequate supply of food and beverages, considering forecasted demand.
Train and supervise F&B service staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostesses and upsell skills.- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
Ensure QC check and compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Ensure good procurement process in place and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, including pricing, menu engineering, and minimized waste management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and special events to drive business.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of F&B staff and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall F&B operations.- Perform any tasks as assigned from the superior.
Bachelor in culinary arts or equivalent course- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry practices, trends, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities- Willing to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
