Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and train F&B team members to ensure high service standards
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the menu.
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, aiming to minimize costs while maximizing quality and profit.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in English
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or related roles
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
