F&B EXECUTIVE

Assist the Operations Manager to run the Golfer Terrace and other KSGCC event hall efficiently and cost effectively;

Attain and exceed the budgeted revenue for the F&B through the provision of efficient service and aggressive up-selling;

Ensure that quality standards are maintained during day to day operations as well as peak times of business;

Ensure correct revenue charging and appropriation for the Qisoft-Point of Sales (POS) system including control of guest checks, voids, new item input and closing reports;

To control requisitioning, storage and careful use of all F&B operating equipment and supplies; and

Responsible to oversee F&B Service personnel.
