We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong business acumen, and have a proven track record of developing successful partnerships and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategic plans with the team to expand the company's food and beverage business, including identifying new market segments, products, and partnerships.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive threats.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, operations, and marketing, to develop innovative food and beverage offerings that meet customer needs and differentiate our brand.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, distributors, and other partners to maximize profitability and ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure legal and ethical business operations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage business development, sales, or related roles is a bonus
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including current trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Ability to travel as needed
