Job Responsibilities:- Perform daily operation such as setting up and clearing tables.
Take order and serve customers accurately.- Greet and thank customers.
Respond to questions, feedbacks, and complaints from customers.
- Escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.- Comply with all health and food safety regulations.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill.
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.- Previous cashier experience is a plus.
