a) Extract/generate related reports required for operations and shipments monitoring. Segregate monitoring tasks and regions to subordinate.
b) Follow up with Regional Manager (RM), Head of Branch (HOB) and agent on the progress of related projects.
c) Submit of results of a project upon completion.
d) Handle any ad-hoc task given by superior.
e) Report any suspicion that may lead to Criminal breach of Trust (CBT) case.
f) To comply with Emergency Procedure (CDO-MR-EP-P01).
g) To comply with legal and other environmental requirements.
a) Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience, or
b) Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
