Job OverviewResponsible for managing export operations & documentation team. To implement, enforce and monitor the operation of KPIs. To support, review, and control overall cost as well as give instructions to issue invoices. Manage vendors and subcontractors. The export manager will also be responsible to act as an escalation point to solve all operational issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in Ocean freight forwarding industries.
- Good knowledge of Ocean freight forwarding in general
Willingness to challenge the status quo and to drive innovation and change.- Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines.
Good team player
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients)
