As the Expert Consultant Talent and Skill, you will be a key member of global BCG U Solutions Development & Delivery team, responsible for driving BCG's work on designing and delivering large scale upskilling, reskilling and workforce development interventions with our clients both in public as well as private sector.
What You'll Do
Working closely with our Regional Talents and Skills team, as an Expert Consultant aligned to our Expert Career Track (ECT), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling up BCG's offering on People Strategy re-skilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific. Key to your success will also be driving consulting engagements on talent strategy and planning.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Client facing and execution roleproviding expertise and cased on talent strategy, talent management, upskilling and reskilling projects
- Lead workshops, understanding client requirements, skills gap analysis and assessment, developing learning journeys through to program management, training and delivery
- Support leadership and project teams in client proposals, pre-sales and business development efforts across Asia Pacific
- Contribute to IP development including learning assets, curriculum and content
- Key role in program management of large BCGU programs in the region
- Contributing to People & Organization Practice (POP) engagements including HR transformation, and culture.
What You'll Bring
- 5-10 years experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy
- Experience as a Consultant with a passion for talent strategy and skills, OR a Talent & Organization/ Human Capital Consultant/ Manager with an experience in up-skilling, re-skilling and talent strategy
- Breadth and depth across digital strategy, transformation and agile concepts
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator on skilling topics is a plus
- Thrive in a hypothesis-based environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a business perspective
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, story lining, client facing and consulting skills
- Strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a technology or HRM related discipline
- Flexibility to travel within SEA/Asia Pacific region (when restrictions allow)
- Good understanding of digital, AI, technology trends
