Job Description
- To conduct and monitor materials delivery by telephone calls, telexes facsimile and visit to the vendors premises, frequency of which shall be dependent on PO delivery date.
Shall conjunctions with the vendor, to review and familiarize the delivery schedule and any other relevant documents to enable him to efficiently monitor the delivery of the materials and / or equipment and thereby ensure vendors compliance to timely delivery and meet companys OPU requirement.- Ensure delivery of materials are complete with document.
Plan and perform materials delivery execution through monitoring, communicating and issuance of reminders to ensure timely delivery of materials to ensure no disruption to operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years experience in Supervisor level (advantage if.- Professional qualification in logistic and freight forwarding environment).
Professional qualification in Freight Forwarding or Logistic is an added advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:- Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
freight forwarding: 1 year (Preferred)
