based on an analysis of various factors including officer performance, client location, and collection targets; Generating reports for management about the departmental performance, collection updates, implemented strategies, and achieved results;
- Offering advice, guidance, and directives to the team on effective collection practices, laws pertaining to collections, handling difficult clients, and negotiation tactics;
Strictly adhering to and ensuring that the team also follows all the procedures set by the company and regulatory bodies;- Providing necessary training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge thus improving their performance and the overall productivity of the department;
Promptly and professionally addressing and resolving any operational issues, conflicts or disputes within the team or with clients;
- Coordinating with other departments to comprehensively handle customer cases and improve customer satisfaction rates.
Diploma or Degree holder majoring in any field;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity;
Mature, resourceful, meticulous, self-starter, good analytical and communication/ negotiation skills;- Results-driven, strong team player and proactive;
Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload;
- Maintain a high level of discretion/ integrity and confidentiality.
