Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee bi-annual stock takes at all EAM branches, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Monitor the performance of MMM Parts Wholesales.- Oversee compliance with established parts SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at both branch and HQ level, ensuring consistent application and adherence.
Ensure the proper upkeep and organization of parts stores at all branches, maintaining cleanliness and accessibility.
- Monitor and manage parts ordering processes at the branch level, identifying potential issues and collaborating with branches to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Conduct in-depth analysis on spare parts related matters, utilizing data to identify trends, optimize inventory management, and improve overall parts operations.- Track and manage dead stock through the 5OUT movement.
Prepare and submit approval papers for the disposal of dead stock parts, following established procedures and regulations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in parts inventory management or know how to use the SAP system.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
