Customer Service:
Help customers find the right products and answer their questions.Sales:
Work towards meeting daily and monthly sales targets.Store Operations: Keep the store neat, organized, and well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supervisor Responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide team members during their shifts.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized and assist with opening and closing.
Customer Service:
Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience.Problem-Solving:
Address issues in the store and find quick solutions. Minimum SPM.- Able to communicate and understand Mandarin / English / Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.
Having minimum 1 year or more experience in Retail will be added advantage.
- Having a great leadership skill and able to lead a team.
Accommodation will be provided to those needed to be working outstation, (travel to other states)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,- 00 per month
Schedule: - Afternoon shift
