MARKETING / ADVISORY
- To approach and maintain rapport with project sources/ originators such as merchant banks and consultants as well as various SMEs.
- To attend to customers over the telephone, on walk-in basis as well as in exhibitions participated by TERAJU.
- Support any tasks and works pertaining to the development of new market sectors/ initiatives/ programs, open new financial assistance opportunities
- Draft replies to stakeholders i.e., Ministries, Agencies, Entrepreneurs on matters concerning Entrepreneur Development/Advisory.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and feedback to the Associate Director/ Manager as a precursor to meetings and discussion with the management.
- Assist the rest of team members in preparing for events and roadshows.
- Update the Associate Director/Manager on verbal queries, meetings and discussions as well as proposing solutions on the next course of action.
- Provide support in executing Project Management duties to ensure smooth implementation progress of initiatives.
- Assist in drafting of all Minutes of Meetings related to the entrepreneur development.
- Assist in organizing Meetings related to the entrepreneur development i.e., send invites to the meeting and attendance to ensure quorum.
PROJECT EVALUATION
To perform a thorough and timely evaluation of all project proposals received. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Conducting meetings, interviews and discussions with the entrepreneurs, key personnel and relevant companies in relation to the project proposals.
- Providing advice and assistance to entrepreneurs in structuring investment proposals/schemes that meet the needs and requirements of both the entrepreneurs and TERAJU.
- Conducting site visits to the companies factories/ project sites.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in strategic and business development.
- Have experience in related industries/economic sectors or Consultancy work e.g., project management, advisory, corporate planning and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Action-oriented, independent, self-motivated and highly driven.
- Good-interpersonal skills and strong presentations abilities.
- Creative thinker and able to work as a member of multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently to meet deadlines.
