Executive/ Senior Exec, Web Developer & Designer

Responsible for developing and maintaining websites, and conceptualising & implementing creative ideas & creating visual elements in line with PKT Logistics Group and its subdisiaries brand.

Analysing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and content, and drive website traffic for PKT Logistics Group and it's subsidiaries to achieve marketing objectives.

Website & Content Management

• Develop and maintain company's websites and its subsidiaries with compelling and engaging content, monitoring engagement, receiving feedback and responding to queries.
• Analyse websites performance data regularly to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Creative Design Management

For Website:

Co-ordinate the visual imagery and designs and messaging for website.

Establish design guidelines, standards and best practices according to the Brand Guide.

Communicating design ideas, using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.

Incorporating functionalities and features into websites and design plans and website structure.

For ATL/BTL Collaterals:

Coordinate the development and design of creative assets, such as graphics, images, videos, brochures, infographics, social media posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring they align with company's visual identity.

Plan and strategise the creation of collateral for specific campaigns, events, and promotional activities run by the Group of companies. .

Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop and enhance corporate identity materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage ad hoc projects as needed.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our digital presence is modern and effective, and in accordance to the Brand Guide.

Perform any other assignments as and when requested and comply with the Company's rules and regulations.

Experience & Skills :

A relevant diploma in a related field.

Strong background in web development and graphic design, with proficiency in using CMS platforms like WordPress, as well as graphic design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other visual design tools.

• Plus point of proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies

Experience in implementing and managing SEO strategies is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Open to ideas & Strong communication skills.
