Job Scope
- Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Answers and directs phone calls.
Maintain a computer and manual filing system- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Computer literate.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Malay and spoken Mandarin.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Good interpersonal and communications skills with positive attitude.
Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have initiative.
