Job Summary
Maximize agents effectiveness and productivity by cross selling personal lines products, solving and improving agents productivity through effective training.
Key Responsibilities
To work with agent at agents office to drive cross selling activities.
To work with agency and training team on any training and development programs.
Evaluate needs of agents and customers , objections handling and best practices.
To deliver and monitore agents performance result and penetration rate.
Identify and assess current and future trend of customer buying behavior.
Develop sales materials, training materials and presentations.
To conduct sales training at agents office.
Key Requirements
Required to travel with own transport.
Communication skills.
Sales experience.
Customer service excellent.
Presentation skills.
