Responsibilities
- Support in planning and implementation of Carls Shop program roll out (an online B2B ordering system)
- Build capabilities and train customers, distributors and Sales team on Carls Shop (B2B) program and system
- functionalities.
- Liaise with regional technical support team
- Identify the gaps and drive the pick-up rates of customers and distributors on using Carls Shop (B2B) program
- Able to assist southern region sales team on the expansion of Carls Shop (B2B) program.
Requirements
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Proactive, strong sense of urgency, positive can do attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to help the department run smoothly and efficiently
- Strong enthusiasm to drive results, demonstrated problem solving ability, maintaining a customer-first, continuous improvement orientation
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
- Candidate with sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
- Good planning & organizational skills
- Comfortable with numbers and Comfortable with numbers & proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic website system management knowledge will be added advantage
- Fluent in written & spoken English and able to converse in the main Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka, etc.)
- Must possess a valid full driving license
- Extensive travelling is required for this role
