Collaborate as a translator with a variety of sections in production which have different need
Perform as an interpreter/translator to assist Japanese members/expatriates with new projects, discussions, and meetings (from Japanese to English or vice versa).
Responsible to do translation of technical documentation, email correspondences, technical proposals, presentation slides, videos, meeting minutes, and administration work (from Japanese to English or vice versa).
Assist in preparing and filling the meeting minutes, documentation, technical data, etc from Japanese to English into the computer system.
Checking and verifying documents from Japanese to English or vice versa.
Support/Assist Japanese Expatriates in daily operations and activities.
Assist in liaising or coordinating with Japanese Expatriates, Japanese Guests, or VIPs when necessary.
Interpret and translate the engineering technical terms.
Other duties and tasks.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
MUST TO HAVE:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fluency in Japanese (N1 or N2 Certification is a must) and English
- Ability to accurately translate and interpret Japanese to English and vice versa
PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
- Experience of working as a translator or interpreter
